So my scales finally arrived. So now I can weigh myself properly, and track my weight loss. My starting weight is 123.1kg, naked.
I will weigh myself morning and night, and use the average as my total weight.
I have been falling asleep with the app. Not sure if it is working, but I am snacking less I feel, and my portion sizes are getting smaller. I don't really have a target weight in mind. But I think 100 kg is an achievable starting target. Which I think is about 16 stone.
